Oh ye the wheels need to go on a ke20, that's why I put it in this topics.

Hey what is the old Mitsubishi 4 stud pattern, just need to know cause i can get some 13"s cheap, only problem is the guy that has them doesn't know what the stud pattern is. Tryed searching but couldn't find anything.

I got some cheap 13x7 jelly beans off ebay for just over $150 cleaned them up and they look great, only problem is finding tyres that are wide enough. BTW they are 4x110 too, last I looked on ebay there where some 17"s off a old rota.

Would also like to know aswell.

Anyone know where to get some 195 or 205/50r13 tyres anywhere, tried some Tyre places but they are too big a profile and are like $170 each.

Found out wheels are magnum brand, made in western Australia. But no offset on them pretty sure there from the 70's though.

Just bought some wheels for the 20 they are 13" by 7", not sure of the offset there are no markings on them, i would like a little bit of stretch only a bit though. Someone said 195's? what profile as well would be good. They have very little gutter rash (one in picture is the worst)

if its the oil filter, just grab a genuine one there like $18 for one, it will probably be - yzze1, which is just about every corolla engine made to late 2009 as they went to a cartridge type filter.

I know this is an old thread but would the commodore rear shocks work on the back of my ke20?

ye I like that colour I see it all the time at work but I don't think I could afford that much probably just a respray in the same colour.

This is my first ke20 project, which I will be fixing up now. Would like to keep it pretty original (well maybe make it look JDM) as all the interior is overrated, and has no missing parts (but needs to be put back together), maybe just lower it a bit and put some superlites on. It has one little spot of rust to be fixed and a little in the bonnet and then I will be getting it resprayed in either the factory white that it is now or maybe in a different white (any ideas would be great i.e - some pics of other white ke20's and what the paint code is.), but it will defiantly be white. Just a note the pictures are not current (from 07 I think) will get some more pictures this weekend when the car is at my house. Will also post progress as it comes along. First thing to be done is fix rust and a respray, then rebuild the 4k with 3k bigport head to get a little bit more power, then add some JDM stuff, and some wheels. edit: will now have a worked 5k

this car is my motivation for my first ke20. If it looks half as good as yours did ill be happy.

you can adapt front s13 coilovers and skyline brakes pretty easy, then for the rear if you buy a full set of s13 coilovers you can mod the rear ones so you have adjustable rear sus. I'm not sure how to do that but some guy at work was trying it.

That's good cause I'm putting s13 front coilovers and front brakes too, maybe upgrade to 4 piston skyline brakes later.

Ye true, well I'm getting an whole engine (4k with 3k big port head) and a 4speed k40 in the ke20 I'm buying for $600 (the $600 is the price for the car and engine) one little bit of rust and the interior is overrated! but then yes I am buying it from a friend.

Does anyone know hoe much the big-port heads sell for? Sorry to be off topic.

Would just like to know how rare are the 3k big port heads? Because I'm buying a ke20 with a 4k but it has a 3k big port head on it.

yes true, ill give QLD transport a ring and see what the "go" is.

this may be the case, but I am unsure about QLD as with my old ae92 corolla which had the 1.6 4afc factory, had a 4age put in and because it came out with that engine, from the factory all I had to do was just call QLD transport and change the engine number with the transport dep.

is it too hard to mount a booster in a ke20 with a 2t, cause ive got a 20 here with a 3k bigport engine and looking for a engine with a bit more power, and because the 2t came out in the overseas 20's you don't need a mod plate, or so ive been told.

is it necessary to use a brake booster?
