thanks guys, I'll give the other bits a re-polish tomorrow maybe, as the new shiny pipes make them look really dull. Will take some decent pics when I do.

Fouled another set of plugs! :lolcry: (thye were bp5es Matt) so there was no driving it tonight. Most of it would be because it is running so rich, but I'm thinking maybe I should buy a new coil and f@$k off the ballast resistor, and run 12v through them all the time. :y: Thoughts???

Definatly change the coil to high energy!

When i first put my engine in it had electronic ignition without a high energy coil and it wasn't running to it's full potential

I just put the new coil on, bypassed the resistor and changed the plugs to the kind without resistors and it runs even smoother now with a power increase aswell

I also had a plug fouling problem and it definatly helped that too

yep, but bear in mind that its probally the tune thats f@$ked them and theres only one

way to fix that, plugs are f@$kers of things ,takes nothing to ruin them

,also this might be the prob: matt also runs a CDI ignition, if you are using his tune ,so its going to tolerate a

much richer AFR and not soot the plugs up with his massive spark compared to your pissy one:)

12V ignition>CDI>water injection>25psi boost ha,ha

cheers

Yeah alright then, I'll invest in a 12v coil soon.

Plan on rigging up some sort of dualpulse CAS and running 4x coil packs eventually.

Just took it for a drive!!!! :lolcry: Didn't like 3rd too much once the boost built up a bit, but 2nd wasn't too bad. f@$k ALL LAG!! :y:
