Fat Bastard Customs
I know this dude is in sa but, in nsw u can do anything u want, but it costs. There are limited mods that you can do for modified factory vehicle rego (standard engineers cert) with a bit of variance between different engineers (some allow aftermarket ecu's, some don't) and then theres ICV (individually constructed vehicle) engineering. A whole new ball game, if you got ICV cert. for a rolla for example, it would no longer be classed as a toyota corolla but an individually constructed new vehicle. You have to do a heap more tests (structural rigidity, emissions etc) but you can do anything you want as long as its safe. most hotrods, cobra replicas and caterham/lotus/westfield 7's get registered this way.
