ahhh, yeah that sucks.

your not the only one thats done that.

trying to get hose off or on? if off, in future cut the bastard and get a new one, they never wanna pull, even if theyve only been on for 10 minutes.

if you don't want the heater you could just hook the two lines together, illegal and you'll get cold feet with the upcoming cold weather.

to do it, i think the dash can stay in, its just a little fiddly :)

well it was my mate that done it :D

but need the heater working as i live in tassie and its coming up to winter

You need to basically strip most of the dash out, yes. Its easy for me to say its an easy job, when i have done it 2 million times. As for a word for word bolt to bolt document of how to do it.. that would take me hours to write.

 

In short - you need to remove the dash top, the dash frame. ie - basically everything.
