Even though it isn't "hondamatic" any more I thought I'd keep the badge. Manuals just have two rubber plugs where the badge holes are. Bamboo Posted July 31, 2011 Author Report Share Posted July 31, 2011 (edited) I was under the bonnet of the '73 silver wreck today grabbing a few things. '73 civics are pretty rare things, a bit like the first ke10s. My turquoise beast is a '74. Until I saw the silver one I always assumed the civic didn't make it here until '74. I noted today that the stickers under the bonnet were different. There is an extra one near the radiator. Luckily the glue is so dry it just peeled off. So I glued it to mine. Still ok from a far, but far from ok!! I'm having fun buzzing around in it again, and it looks a damn sight better than before. the 13's give a heap more traction, all the better for ripping CVs apart.
