KENut
True, I guess its refering to less spring 'sag' due to increased rate. But as you say, coilovers are adjustable

KENut
Well, what I mean is you want a 50mm strut to base your front suspension on. If you go for coilovers you can get a full kit with springs shocks brakes etc, like BC's, AJPS, plus many others, not to mention the people that do custom coilovers. A good place to start is by reading through build threads, and see how other people set their cars up. Obviously you need to take it with a grain of salt, but its good for a general knowledge of how to go about things. Also, does your budget allow for coilovers? For decent new coilovers and brakes it will cost around $1500.
ae71piggie
eh really depended on how much would set me back maybe short shocks and springs will be my way haha
slapper
ae71 struts have same size springs as ae86 not necessarily true. To my knowledge, most AE86 have a smaller diameter top coil. The only KE70/AE71 with this front spring is the wagon. so - check before you buy :jamie: Slap
