in Japan all car's even KE must have a heater :lol: that is what I was inform :cool:

being pre-72 this would be right. go back into the 50s and you can legally drive around without a seatbelt on!

in parts of Malaysia you can even not use a seat belt and drive

 

still practise until day :P

here, the only time you can legally not wear a seatbelt when you're driving a moving car which is equipped with seatbelts, is when you're reversing
