RA28GT
I've been told numerous times from different guys at my work that it's the sidewall ply's dieing. Quite dangerous to drive on apparently. If we get a car with a tyre like that in for a service the tyre goes straight to the spare. And If my spare is 40 Years old and doesn't hold air? haha Ill get some fresh ones this week.
altezzaclub
it's the sidewall ply's dieing Its true, and it will blow out if driven on long enough. Mine sometimes came from kerbs  and sometimes from large rocks in rally roads...

love ke70
just give it a shot at a tyre centre, what can you lose :)
abbott
I agree no harm in trying if you cause enough of a problem they may just do it to shut you up!
beerhead
I had a tyre egg out on me last week, I don't think this wet weather is helping much. It was atleast the size of a tennis ball on the inner edge, about 4" of steering wheel wobble every time that wheel did a revolution.
