glenpos Posted April 26, 2012 Report Share Posted April 26, 2012 G'day all, i have a 4agze in my ke70 track car, it seems to run good when i first start it, it idles at about 2000rpm but wont adjust down, when i hold the revs at about 2300rpm it goes down to 1500 and then back up to around 2300 and doesn't stop till i take my foot off or give it more, then when it warms up a fair bit it starts to do it without any throttle and makes a clicking sound as it goes down in revs, the clicking sound is coming from the inlet side, could it be a injector playing up? it also runs a bit rich but i don't know how to adjust it haha, I'm getting a new set of plugs for it, coz the ones in it are old as, could that be the problem too? cheers glen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

glenpos Posted April 30, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 30, 2012 i think i found the problem, it seems the afm has been opened, i saw on a thread that if it is changed it will make it run richer, and hunt at idle and stop all of the sudden, I'm looking at one on ebay so i might get it and see if it works.
