bruce Posted November 10, 2012 Report Share Posted November 10, 2012 I've replaced my fuel pump block gasket twice and it still leaks. Gave the block a good sand and used Permatex along with the paper gasket. You could also get a new black plastic insulator thing if it's old and hard.
