Just wondering if theres a set of auto retracting back seatbelts which can be taken from another Toyota around the same time? Find a KE70/AE71 with retractable seatbelts, remove, insert in car without, ?????, profit. I am not 100% sure if they bolt straight in though, someone else would have to put their $0.02 in. I'm assuming they would along with needing to modify the parcel shelf tray slightly for the belt to go through.
