How Much To Extend Ke30 Lca's For 1-2Deg Neg Camber?

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I'm about to cut and weld to sets of LCA's for my ke30 to get some negative camber, at present it's at zero degrees with factory length LCA's. The car is lowered 2.5 inches which has brought it from +1 to zero. I was thinking about 1.5 negative camber would be a good target and thought about 15mm longer than standard might be a good guess?

Anyone done this before or have ideas about the length to add?

Cheers

Looks like you have done a nice job, but as you have ground the welds flat on the outside i hope you have put plates up inside against the welded in section as grinding off the welds on the outside so it all looks nice & smooth is not a real good idea as it takes a lot of the strength away from the welds, I can see you have a plate on the very bottom which is good but also as mentioned it should be plated inside or on top too ..
