LittleRedSpirit
Its been done, however most people will play with the newer 13b engines when making a rotorolla. Its a popular conversion in New Zealand and theres a website called club K where a few of these cars are featured.
1975 KE30
Apparently the 13b won't be legal in a ke30 but a 12a is or is that wrong Ideally I would like to have it as a street car in nsw
Taz_Rx
Worth noting also Mazda stopped making 12a parts a few years ago
ke70dave
Yup. Rotary engine no good unless you can get a hold of some new housings, which Mazda don't make anymore. Someone is cutting down 13b housings to use in 12as and re cutting the o-ring. Apparently it works, I'm not convinced it's the best idea. You can still buy 13b housings as they made the 13b until like 2002 or so, much better option.

1975 KE30
This is probably a dumb question, but would a stock diff and tail shaft work with a 12a/13b ??
