DousaSepen
hey guys been an avid reader of the forums for quite some time but have yet to need to make a post of my own with the bountiful info available here. I'm currently restoring a 1978 4 door ke30 stripping back to steel and repairing and repaiting. iv run into a bit of a speed bump to say the least. i ould like to get in strip rust treat surface rust that is within the cowl ( where the wiper actuators live) is there an easy way to get in and strip/repaint that I'm just not seeing. thanks in advance. 0 Quote MultiQuote Edit
Clapped out
Unfortunatly to repair the rust properly is a major job, if your wanting to chase it 100%, that means removal of the windscreen, front guards, inside dash and associated bits, and drilling out all the spot welds of the top panel of the plenum, big job, although has been done before, cheers!
