SM Hunter Posted July 2, 2017 Report Share Posted July 2, 2017 (edited) Heyo, some of you might remember my Brown KE20 restoration, its finished and i traded it for this shitty supra... 2JZGE, s13 front suspension with coilovers and thats about it wiring was a mess, here i have cleaned the whole enginebay, painted the camcovers and claned the wiring a bit, you can see the ecu laying in the engine bay... good... parts... a month after i got it it spun a rod bearing, turns out the engine was really unhealthy, all the pistons was full of some stuff, i think its been runing on the cold start alot of the time or something.. the day before the engine started knocking ohh and did i mention rust.. since the engine was down i decided to fix the rust i think you get the idea... it was rusty.. now its almost fixed everywhere watanabes gigantic exhaust haha time for the engine... here is the pistons... going tubo instead... so i got hold of a Volvo turbo from a dumper/excevator or something like that, turbo manifold, new rods, gte pistons, triggerwheel/campulley for gte, adaptronic engine management and alot of other parts.. my turbo besides my brothers CA18DET T25 turbo fenderflares from a p type test fitting everything this is how far i'v gotten... got a little video of it while it was running, only had it for a month before it broke... I'm really bissy with work rigth now so progress will be slow, i'v got the whole winter off so i got plenty of time then... gathering parts and money now...
