I hadn't replaced it, I only removed the original and put a new gasket on there. Its definitely a vacuum leak/fuel problem. Carb and intake/exhaust manny weren't even finger tightened down! Well I need a new fitting for the outlet of the fuel pump as the one that came in the kit was smaller than the housing its ment to thread into.
