Intake/Exhaust Manifold Torque Settings?

Do you have to set the timing to tdc for the cam to line up with the pump arm or anything along those lines?

in ur original post about the running problems, didnt u mention that u had replaced the pump? how did u do it back then?

I hadn't replaced it, I only removed the original and put a new gasket on there.

Its definitely a vacuum leak/fuel problem. 

Carb and intake/exhaust manny weren't even finger tightened down! Explains the bloody massive leak!

Well I need a new fitting for the outlet of the fuel pump as the one that came in the kit was smaller than the housing its ment to thread into. So after I get that fixed it should be mint, fingers crossed
