Thanasis NA Posted July 6, 2019 Report Share Posted July 6, 2019 As summer in Greece (my country) came,my poor freshly rebuild 3K-(B),known as bkoki,engine died cause it had some threads broken from the oil filter base so it leaked from there and destroyed almost all the rod bearings,so I had to pull her out again... .The thing is,I also have a semi rebuild(not yet ready) 2K engine,and I thought it for a while,as I have bloki apart,I might use the modigied camshaft ro build a 2K-B cammed engine for the summer!The cam is a 288 10,14mm lift cam,nothing too special,just revy,when it comes to profile I think is 25/65 I can't remember .What do you think???Will it work???Also i'm going ro be. using a 3K ported head to 30mm inlet and 26mm diagonally exhaust ports,compression will be around 10:1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
