Has anyone in here actually measured the improvements given by the Jaycar programmable ignition kit?

Just want to say how pleased I am to find some stuff on the Jaycar Programmable kit - I've got some non Toyota classics but this is the best discussion on the topic. Now I need to know if they can be used on positive earth cars?
