RT80

Greetings all I'm a complete virgin to this site so forgive me if i post this in the wrong section :-) I have just got myself a new baby, a 1970 corona 4 door rt80 1.5 litre little beast. It is in cracker nick to, but its braking is something to be desired. Even after replacing the pads:-( My question is simple. Does anyone know how hard it is to replace the front drum brakes with disc brakes? I have been browsing the net. but have found diddily squat. it does seem that a later built rt80 had front disc's so I'm hoping that it will be easy...ish. Cheers
