Rolla Club Act X-mas And New Years Meet Up

Yes guys we will still do this I know we did this last year over the Summernats weekend but with stuff happening and the Nats being so close to new years it will not happen at the same time as the Nats.

 

What we are looking for is some idaes on what you want :y:

 

One member has offered a bring your own BBQ at his home so far.

 

Come on guys post you idea's up and lets have a social meet up and let our hair down :bash:

 

Also do you want the awards like last year?

 

If so are you willing to help cover the cost even if you are not getting one? would only be $3 - $5 bucks, the more that are willing to put in then the cheaper it will be......... as the members that came last year know it was all a bit of fun even if you didn't get one. Remember we do not pay membership fees etc... so we have no money to pay for stuff unless members help out and last year my wife designed the awards, printed them and paid for the glass frames etc... and she is not a member but she now has a project rolla in the back yard :dance:

Whenever, wherever, yes do the awards if you can be bothered (let me know if u need help) I quite enjoyed (and appreciated) the awards last year, they were cool :dance:
