I have decided to get rid of the twin downdraught weber setup due to running to rich and causing the engine to surge at low speed and not being able to get the idle below 1200rpm.

I have just purchased myself a redline twin sidedraught weber manifold in near new condition from a guy I know and got a pair of 40mm sidedraught webers from my brother which have just been fully rebuilt. Just ordered myself a set of softmounts and linkage kit to suit. Hope to start work on the conversion over the easter period. :cool: :hmm:
