5k Block 4k Head

hi i got this car it has are 5k block with a 4k head, i want

 

to put this engine in my other car this is what has been

 

done to the engine twin webers, flat top Pistons, stage 4 Cam,

 

oversized Crank, it has extractors and are 2 1/2 exhaust

 

system done and just wondering what u think and will it still go
