NewAGEdinosaur Posted May 10, 2009 Report Share Posted May 10, 2009 O.k to start this is a 16 valve 4AGE in an 87 model AE82 hatchback. Anyone know if there's a simple reason why my motor is blowing smoke seems to mainly be grey ? The car has plenty of power actually goes real well. Only thing is it does idle inconsistently it jumps up and down. Also the tappet cover gaskets are leaking but i wouldnt think that was the cause as it mainly seems to be burning off at the extractors. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.
