4afe 7afe Metal Head Gasket

hey i have heard that the 7afe head gasket came out standard as a metal one this would fit on a 4afe wouldnt it

 

if so does anybody know and good places in adelaide that sell them

i got this information from this website it claims that a 7afe gasket can go on a 4afe i really need to know asap if this is true the standard gasket will not hold up to head work and high compression
