4age Ke70 Idle Problem And Wont Run Under 3000rpm

ok this is driving me nuts any ideas would be great..

 

ok problem is at idle it will be fine for a minute then idle just drops and engine starts to splutter and die for a few seconds to a minute then it will smooth out again and idle fine..

 

And the other thing when car is coasting and the revs are under 3000rpm its undrivable it coffs and splutters untill its under load then it clears out and excelerates..

 

ive tried changing the map senser, dizzy ive tried finding any vacume leaks

i have changed the engine from big to small port so the only thing missing is the TVIS from the intake manifold all other bits are fitted
