nizmo13 Posted August 31, 2005 Report Posted August 31, 2005 my name is reuben and i own a 1979 ke55 corolla. which i have had for 3 years. it still has its original block thats been rebuilt with flat tops and chrome rings. i ported the head in my shead at home including all port matched. extractors 4 into 2 into 1 at 1 7/8 and into 2 inch at the first resonator. the 7200 rpm redline comes around pretty quick and 210 psi in each cylinder makes it expensive to run only really liking premium. thermo fan and electronic fuel pump all hooked up to the standard 4 speed and clutch. the diff, springs and rear brakes are all out of a wagon. new 2pak RX4 metallic purple with lots of clear. all up its cost about $900 including buying the car. now that you knoe me and my car i hope you can help me with my gear box problem that i just posted.
