ay all I'm starting my 7age ke70 build and jus need to knw if i use the 7a oil pump or 4age pump and also the water pump and thermostat is it all jus 4age or do i need 7a bits too, I'm aiming for 180hp at the fly, i will be really happy if i get more tho. main reason i decided to go 7age was becos ive seen soo mny 4ages done now and i wanted abit more low end power aswel as sumthing alil different from the usual this is also my first build so everything is alil new to me. its scary how much money these "cheap" builds cost :) heres what ive got

 

t50, bigport ecu, r31 thermo fans, surge tank, ae71 xmembers.

big port head- got needs to be shaved a ported

7afe block-got needs light clean up

using big port pistons with new rods.

need timing belt

need cams 290ish

need cam gears

need forged 7a rods

need 20v itb with adaptor plate

need larger injectors

need ecu- microtec or haltec

need ignition set up maybe coil not sure ..

need extractors 4-2-1

need ae71/86 tail shaft

i have built lots of these for both road and race use.

7A pump info.

 

AISIN 5 on front case

No divider inside the pump housing. “big” gear is 7.3mm thick x 73.9mm diam. Smallest volume of all the pumps!

Front case has straight edges in top right corner, where plastic cover seals.

Outlet port hole does not fully align with 4A block. Genuine gasket has a slot in it!

 

7A on front case

Back plate has distinct cut on left side when facing it.

same gear size as early 4AG pump
