Rust Repairs In Melbourne

My Ke10 has need of some rust repair, just a few small bubbling around the bottom of the guards and doors. (size of a 20c coin)

 

I did a bit of search and found nothing conclusive.

Anyone got recommendations of places to go for repairs? (prefer eastern suburbs)

Or anyone doing it in their spare time?

How much have similar small spots cost others?
