in the world of competitive motorsport, like Mitch said, 8k is cheap!
I know people who have spent nearly that PER CORNER to run middle of the pack in certain classes.
Shit gets out of hand when you are talking classes that are power/weight restricted. The only places you can find more speed than the next guy is cornering and braking (and obviously skill) so they spend up biiiiiiig!
we have sachs and there 10k per corner so your 100% correct

ok so i put the commodore shocks in today, took a bit of modifying but there in after 4 hrs of playing, sending the off too the coote boys at mca tommorow to be freshened up and re valved for my car heres some pics and its 4k of shocks so far... thats just the fronts!

haha i like it! well i have $4k brakes and $8k gearbox and $20k engine and $5k rear end so i guess everything needs to price match :)
