@even G i have overhauled the stock engine and the pictures are in my gallery area. i was planning to install lsd in it but i am not sure that weather it is a good idea or not ??? engine responce is quite good and after changing the drive shaft cross member my car is quite smooth & quite.... i have installed a CNG kit as well :) its quite cheaper to run on CNG....but the engine pick up gets too slow.... ..... one of my friends while driving my car hit the right front fender .... and rear view mirror was broken... i managed to find a used one for PKR 4500/- i.e 90 aussie dollars.... but the mark (toyota logo) of the right fender was also missing and regardless all of my tries i am unable to find one.... i will try to find one else i will try to cast a logo my self keeping in mind the orginol logo.... lets c what happens.... ....... now in the next step i am planning to upgrade the seats.... original seats are not comfortable now ...how ever the orginal black covers are still there ???? what do u guys suggest???? should i replace the seats or try to get some foam and make the seats better keeping the original cover and looks ????

@even G i checked for 4 k and 5 k used motors but prices were too high... and fuel prices increased as well :( around 2 aussie $ / liter :( so i decided to over haul the original engine.... i will be posting and sharing pictures as well.... can i do any thing to make the original engine having more power????

@even G yeps its running on stock 3k engine... lets suppose if i put a 5k in it, i have some querries.... gear box is stock i.e four forward... brakes are also stock and rear differential is also stock so if i swap the engine will it create a problem in handling or will it go ????

what do u mean by front guards ??? is that fender ???? u can easily find KE 20 body parts here in islamabad-pakistan.

Hello every one..... i am a new member and u guys can see my ride in the members gallery area. previously this ride was being used by my elders but now its in my custody and wants to replace the engine as the stock engine is wearing out and is now consuming engine oil (1 liter to 2500 KM's) please advice me about the engine, keeping in mind that the car is totally in the stock condition, stock gear box (4 forward), stock differential and stock seats and body parts.... please also keep in mind that i am living in pakistan so i can buy an old motor (slightly used) easily rather then a new motor... please also advise me about the differentials, brakes and gear box...
