Goodday mates... I just finished assembling my 5k engine and there seems to be a charging prob... I think that one of the wires that connects to the alternator is missing or something..managed to get the engine started but it's not charging Hv tried to loop some wires to rectify the prob but failed...the batt meter also shows very low charging.. Need some help on how do i really rectify and fix the prob... how can i diagnose the alternator to know whether thats the main prob (alternator) or the wiring..

Thanks for the info mate... I don't hv a huge budget to go with ..and furthermore i planning to get the "lowering" done by myself.. So you're saying that i shud add couple of leaves updise down to lower n stiffen the rear..? what model leaves that can fit in..? please bare with me as down here there aren't a lot of guys who mod old corollas and they will come up with silly ideas to get the job done...and the machine shop guys just don't understand what you really want them to do.. as for the shocks..what would be a better option as right now although i'm running on 14inch rims it sometime touches the body and do i hv to look fr a shorter shock when the lowering is completed..?

Hi guys.. can anyone share with me the best shockers and springs to use in my ke20..?? for the front that is... as for the rear , how do i lowerdown the leaf springs and which shocks to get good handling.. I'm only using a 5k engine and it running on 14inch rubbers... Thanks in advance...

hello... I'm Shariff...I just registered onto this site..but i've been browsing fr quite sometime already.. Well guys.. I drive a ke20 coupe 73.. It's getting it's body works done now.. I havin a stock 5k with 14inch rims..the axel n front struts are ke 30's..to make it easier to find the 114 pcd fr the rims.. So..would you know what would be the max size that i can fit without changing the bodyworks or the axel..?? Hope to hear frm you guys soon.. regards..
