thanks mate, do i block the ones on the carby aswell or just the hoses?

hey i recently just did my head gasket and i put it all back together but i forgot where all my vaccum hoses went and fuel is not getting through my carby and ive cleaned it all and it runs when you put fuel straight down it just not by its self does the vaccum hoses affect that in any way, help would be great thanks
