  2. hi all just a few questions as I'm not sure if I'm getting correct answers from people doing work so i running as title says 20v BT turbo in my rolla and so wondering should vvt be used or disabled when turbo? also got defect few weeks months ago and had to get emmissons test at botney so had to put in euro cat, how much power should one expect to lose compared to before when i had no cat? and lastly what sorta power is normal/expected for said engine all std running @ 11psi thx
  3. thx guys for help. ended up being brake "expert" jumped to conclusion( that it was wrong master) and stuck to it. turns out last person to fit rear pads somehow fitted them incorrectly and were hardly touching rotor hence no rear brake %, with new pads and new rotors was like 16% at rear now. so it passed for my eng. cert. thx again
  4. so the brake proportioning valve isnt in the master cyl? would u know where i might find it on car??
  5. hi everyone, i have a issue with my ae92 hatch, started disc front drum rear, i did the common upgrade to the s2 sx front n rear setup except i got slotted rotters on front. all was good untill i was defected for my turbo and long story short after going to get engerneers cert. he wanted a brake test to show i didnt have all my stopping power in front. so i got a brake test done and it said i have 92% on front 8% rear he said i need more than 8% at rear my question is that has anyone else encounted this and how you may have fixed this. i was told from a brake person that i needed the master cylender from the disc/disc setup and what i had was the disc/drum settup but after he fitted the new mc i had gone to a whole 9% at rear any help greatly appricated thanks
