  1. Changed another one today and I got everything else exept dash lights n spark, also my tachometers shift light is on and it's displaying 5000 rpm and fluctuating a bit if that helps... Anyone have any knowledge to what that could be?
  2. Ok turns out it was the fuseable links I'm in the process of changing them now but I lost my dash lights every thing else works bust those
  3. I checked all the grounds and connections I could find in the engine bay and they all seem fine, I'm thinking its a fuseable link somewhere but I have no idea where they are. The only one I've found so far is sweet, also the heater and wipers are working now and I'm pretty sure they wernt yesterday, another strange think is even with the tail relay disconnected it still kills the power completely when I hit the breaks or switch the light on.... Even tho nothing happens Just had a play around for a couple of hours with the multi meter, tested connections on the battery, alti and starter and they were all 12.63 vaults, checked the grounds all 12 vaults, one of the starter relays seemed a bit dogey with a shit ground and was only reading 12 vaults on the wire directly to the bat so I switched it around and still the same problem, also the main fuse panel isn't reading 12 volts on anything apart from radio and wipers and when the power shuts of cuz u hit the breaks or turn on the lights u can see the power drop on the fueses to 0.01 and when u release the break or turn the lights off it comes up a lil bit but not much. This has really got me stumped and I'm way to poor for a auto electriton :/
  4. Tried new battery same thing happend tested with a multi meter and it's reading 12 volts... So idk wtf is going on can anyone help?

Hey just changed the battery on my corolla today and now when I try and start the car I don't get reds just my radio intrieor light and tachometer come on, using the lights, trying to turn the motor over, and hitting the breaks all kill the power completely then if I turn everything off and take the key out for a min it will do the exact same thing, anyone got any ideas as to what this could be? Cheers

Hmmm i was thinking about a slide hammer few mates recomended that, but i think ill go with a few self tappers cuz I'm low on funds, so shoud i just drill them in the dent itself, its pretty big a good 3-5". and what would be the best method to pull the dent out once there in?, i don't care about the pait there cuz its ʞ©$ɟed anyway.
  7. How would i go about getting the dents out of the panel just below the door?, circled in red below the silver strip. It appreas there is no way to get to it from the back, cheers

Got it working by sheer luck, turns out one of the wires from the tail relay sends power back to the dipper for the head lights or some shit... so i just changed the wire i had from the head light cable to the thick red cable coming out of the tail relay and hey presto my headlights work! thanks for the help guys

They stopped working when the relay fried , the way I've been using my headlights is I've just striped back a bit of wire for the headlights on the relay and just conect it to my battery, I still get high low beam but I can't turn the lights off from the switch, also another strange thing is that when ever hi beam is clicked on or off the dash lights go out and on, and u can hear the relay clicking, it didn't do this with the other stalk so I'm just assuming its a problem with that but still, would anyone know the coulor of the wire that's headlights to supper switch I can't find my diagrams
  10. Headlights aren't blown and I can only find one fusesble link near the voltage regulater none of the fueses are blowen under the dash

Hi guys I'm having trouble with my head lights it all started when a bear wire going from the battrey to a relay arked out and melted the relay, i replaced it and the wire and no i have no headlights, I'm tries checking all the grounds in the engine bay and ive changed the stalk and tail realay and same problem, i don't even think the headlights have any thing to do with the realy that melted but it seems it does, can anyone give me any info about this shit i don't have money for a auto sparky

  14. i just changed the head on my ke30 4k with a 3kc head from my ke30 doner car, we did everything to the service manual specs with a toruqe wrench fuels going into the carby fuel pumps fine same spark to the spark plugs just no no compression in all cylnders motor turns over with no trouble just wont start no backfireing or nothing
