  1. thanks Jamie wasn't sure wether it would work so i'll grab either a new 4k or 3k one pollution gear will go straight away as will choke butterfly I think I read a post here earlier saying 4k carb was better on a 3k so I might do a bit more research an forget the 5k
  2. hi just chasing the difference between 3,4 and 5k carbies as I'm chasing a new unit to put on a junior sedan and as far I I can tell are all the same in fitment but am unsure wether the jets are any bigger on the 5k ones?? and at around $250 delivered to my door may be a good place to start seeing as all is brand new any help would be appreciated thanks Darren
  3. yeah I was told 3k bigports are a waste of time and I noticed a single outlet manifold on a 3k and was interested,thought it may have been a different head always looking for more power!
  4. just wondering what manifold fits the 3k head that has a single outlet engine pipe rather than the twin pipe set up? i'm thinking this may be a better set up or is there another head that is worth putting on the 3k??

Hi guys been reading through this forum for a while now gathering information for use on my sons speedway sedan ,I found a topic on rebuilding a 3k and the member who posted it did it very well with plenty of detail but I was on my laptop when I found it and now my laptop has died I can't access it and havnt been able to find it again hope someone can point me to it or the original poster may even point me in the right direction Thanks Darren
