Awesome thanks guys sorted that drama massive help but there's just one more thing I want to find a maximum length for head bolts I am unsure weather I can reuse these or if they are stretched too far does anyone know of a maximum length or where I could find one??

I have just removed the head to replace a blown head gasket in my ke with my 4age 16 valve big port I was wondering if anyone has a link to an online engine manual that gives you orders of what's bolts to do up in what order for the head and cams etc and mainly torque specifications for head bolts and so on??

I'm pretty sure I have adjustable ajps rack ends though will they work alright

I have just recently purchased sigma lca's for my ke70 and the ball joints are completely flogged out an I have heard standard sigma ball joints scrub out straight away due to the camber and I was just wondering what alternative I have as in what ball joints can i press in and bolt straight up??
