Hi All - A friend of mine wants me to rebuild his transaxle/transmission for him if I can get the appropriate information for it... The car is a 2000 Corolla (8th Gen) Ae112 Man 5 Speed 1.8 ltr 7AFE.... I have tried to find some info on these 5 sp transaxle/transmissions but seem to have drawn a blank so far... but don't know specificly what designation the transaxle/transmision is for this model - ????? ANYONE here have any information thay can pass on as far as specifications, rebuild kits, prices, etc.... Disassembly and Assembly files for downloading - I believe the Bearings are a bit dodgy and some of the syncros have gone to lunch.....
