Plastic flat front panel van. However I notice that the front grill is different on plastic flat front wagons.

A while ago I recall reading somewhere that the front guards on KE70 panel vans are not interchangeable between it's sedan and wagon sisters. Can anyone bring some truth to this? The reason I ask is, would you be able to do a quad headlight conversation on a flat front panel van? Cheers :]
