have you ever done manual conversion on a ke70? i heard that all ke70s a set up for manual an auto was a optional extra

hey i am looking at a ke70 up the road interiors good, some rust round the guards pretty sure thats normal though i want a ke70 for a project car and havent had much luck with finding any. the one up the road is a auto and i just want to no how much? how hard? and if it is worth doin a manual conversion on it if i am doin a 4age swap on it to. also what gearbox would be able to handle abit of a flogging is it the t somethings that put in them?
