Hey guys, I've been trying solve my problem for while now with no luck I have replaced TPS,Coils&Igntion, Spark plugs, leads are good, fuel pump It would only rev to 4000 revs and just bounce there and miss throttle sometimes, when i unplug TPS the problem is gone but doesnt run the smoothest With fuel pump is it ok to have it hooked up to ignition ?

I just replaced TPS sensor, still doing it :D

I tried using 4ac coil with 4age igniter unit, thing on top with the plug, doesnt work,car wont even start with old one anymore, geeez just can't win can i :hmm:

It really doesnt show much, just shows what i explained, its realy stressin me out now, been off road longer then should be :hmm:

I give up, don't know what to do, maybe leave long enough it will fix itself :hmm: I know if i ring mobile mechanic prob wont offer much since wont know much about these engines, need 4age pro !!!

I did little video, but wont let me upload, basicly revs on 1 and revs up to 3 and keeps bouncing there

Well I just took my distributor cap off and there is alot white crap in little holes and pretty dirty inside distributor, could be reason ?

How can i get rid of air locks ? Are you talking about two pipes that go from engine to the bottom efi, the water hoses ?

Yeh, wouldnt run without the tps, i took throttle sensor off but would just rev to 3 grand and bounce off it

I havent had the engine light come on at all, so how would i check then ? there is two wires i havent connected on oil plug where you drain it, i couldnt find the plugs on loom for it

I'm in Perth, don't know anyone who have 4ages, so I'm alone on this one :hmm: The engine is bouncing aswell

Yeh it is, could it be timming ?, i did take of my cams to spray them, but i aligned back up with their dots and bottom pully. I just did test without throttle sensor and it would just rev to 3 grand and bounce of it like usual,so its not that hmm, don't think its tacho, doesnt sound like its reving to the real rev limiter, Its not slugish or bad smelling at all, really pissin me off

Hey guys recently done ae86 4age conversion from ae86 halfcut and keep getting revs bounces from 3 grand, it also reving a steady pace and 1 1/2 revs, what hell goin on ??
