Hey I know this sounds stoopid, but I have a spare 4k head gasket and was wondering if its ok to use on a 5k?

is there any difference?

NO!!!! It is not ok to use.

 

5K has a larger diameter bore, if you use it, the gasket will be in the cylinders.
