4ages Posted December 26, 2007 Report Posted December 26, 2007 (edited) is there any difference between the s/c and twinky brakes ie: caliper disc removal? i was wondering if they were the same are they like the rears (from the twinky rears i used) that just slide off once the caliper is off. as i have not played with my fronts except the rears when i changed them over. any help would be great cheers 4ages Edited December 26, 2007 by 4ages Quote
Des Posted December 26, 2007 Report Posted December 26, 2007 Same slider action. If your changing pads just undo the top caliper bolt then the caliper folds down and the pads pull out, Easier than taking the whole caliper off. Single cam Ae82's are solid disc and drum rear. Twin cams are vented front and solid disc rear. Quote
