Mph To Kph Speedo Swap

Hi, just converted my ke20 from mph to kph and was wondering where the needle should sit when the car is stopped, because I took the needle off and swapped it over. I have got it currently set dead on 0 kph mark, but the speedo seems to read a bit higher than I think it should when you are on the road. When you are doing about 65 kph according to the speedo it seems like you are doing 60 kph, I haven't checked the speed against another car. :hmm:

I am not too sure what the KE20 speedo's look like..but on the KE3x ones, there is a line at 20 clicks, and below that is a line for zero...see pic
