Doors are the same KE70 to AE71, Just the front door mirrors have different setups..

 

So it wont matter if i put Ae71 Door's onto my KE70 flat front, it should all line up nicely?

As long as you adjust it right it shouldn't be a drama, Suggest you leave the hinges on the body of the car and just unbolt the doors from the hinges when you do the swap..
