luke.t. Posted October 13, 2008 Report Posted October 13, 2008 hey all... got a problem with my rear suspension setup on my ke. for starters it has sierra short stroks and cut kings (free height 220mm). the thing is my mate has the exact same setup and his is a bit bumpy but not over the top. where as my ke is like a friggin jumpin castle on wheels. i have put in some cut stock springs in (free height 300mm) and still the same  if any one has any ideas/suggestions on what to try it would help heaps cheers luke Quote

I thought most of the boys run about a 170-180mm springs with them. This may or may not be a problem. 220-230 mm would be much better suited to Commodore wagon shocks (343113 KYB) Also, If the car is running Sierras, I'm assuming it is fairly low, in which case, if you haven't already, the bumpstops will most likely need a ring or two cut off from them. the car may be hitting the stops and causing it to bounce.
