Help Plz; Swapping Auto For K50

hey all

 

This is for a KE-20

 

the k50 is going in place of a toyoglide auto. where the auto mounts onto that cross brace, the cross brace falls short for mounting the k50. by the looks of it you can move that cross brace back to pre-set up holes to solve this problem, is this correct?

 

and will the mount for the k50 just bolt onto this original cross brace? i have no idea what th mount looks like, if someone has a pic that would be awsome jst so i can get an idea, but i assume the mount bolts onto the sides of th box where is has provisions and then onto the cross brace, unlike th auto which is directly underneath.

 

also, will the speedo cable of th auto just plug into the manual.

 

hope what i'm getting at makes sence

 

i've done heaps of reading but havent found any of these answers anywhere.

 

 

any help would be appreciated
