KEI069 Posted May 19, 2009 Report Posted May 19, 2009 Hi all, Almost finished screwing together a 5k i plan on using with a sc14 supercharger. I'm wanting to find some info or eqaution to figure out how to get about 7-8psi of boost at 5-5500rpm. I have a crankshaft pulley/balancer of 148mm diameter. Any help would be greatly appreciated Justin. Quote
SLO-030 Posted May 20, 2009 Report Posted May 20, 2009 (edited) Supercharger/Engine Capacity and PSI calculations There you go mate EDIT: Just did the calcs, and if i did it all correct. it works out that you will need a pulley with a diameter of 80% of the crank pulley. if the crank pulley is 148. your SC pulley will need to be about 185mm in diameter.
