Hi there,

I have recently acquired a Holden Nova with a 4AGE BT conversion done to it for a bargain. Has some damage done to drivers side front and rear door which I will be fixing. A few questions I have tho are:

1. After inspecting the engine it seems like a stock engine with no mods. What can I do to increase this better.

2. How do I go about putting a strut brace on as there looks to be very little room for one?

3. Has lowered springs already (Kings Lowered by the looks) which is fine but I think I will need new shocks soon. Any recommendations here?

4. Anyone know what gearbox the BT comes with as I might look into an LSD for it if it is possible? From my research I don't think it is the 6 speed.

5. Was wondering if anyone knows a decent inlet manifold for it or should I get one custom made? If custom any good places in Brisbane you could recommend?

I think that is all now.

Cheers Jarrod

1. There are many things you can do to the engine, intake, exhaust, compression, timing, cams, etc, etc, etc...

2. A stock SX Corolla strut brace should fit and would be the better choice due to a three point contact - strut, firewall, strut...

3. KYB or Boge Gas Shocks are always a good choice for struts...

4. Not too sure but I think the blacktops all came as a 6 speed gearbox, but were non LSD... The only LSD boxes were in the 5 speeds and they are getting hard to come by it seems...

5. Custom made to your specification is always a good way to go when it comes to manifolds, but you're better off doing your research into 20V specialists and seeing what they recommend... Try www.twincam.org as they are a more so AE92 based forum dedicated to the 4AGE engine series...
