Ae 70 Rims N Springs

I just picked up an 83 rolla with 71,000 original miles. I want to put 205 50 13's on it. Looking for American Racing Libra's or something along the lines of Rota Rb's or Koenig rewinds. Do I have to make any modifications and what is the correct off set.

 

Secondly, I would like to lower it about 1 - 1.5 inches the correct way. Can anyone recommend some springs. I am on a low dollar budget.

Correction. I want to put 205 60 13's

I run 205/60/13's on a 13x6 +8 offset rim for rally, rear guards needed to be rolled slightly.

 

King springs are probably the cheapest out there, specially if theyre second hand. Go through their web-catalogue and you can probabaly cross referance a few cars with the same size spring.
