is the diff in a 78 hilux a RN41? and if it is how much would one be worth roughly with a noisy centre?

id replace the centre with a g series lsd and use MA70 rear hub carriers, backing plates and brakes

and would the brake booster fit a TA22? for an upgrade with the brakes?

I thought the diff to have for celica's was an rn25 hilux diff. which are rare like the proverbial rocking horse poo

i havent heard of anyone mention the RN25, ive only been told to search for the RN41, and i have access to a 78 hilux getting scraped and just wondering what series diff is in it, if its a RN25 or a RN41 SHIBBY! ill have ma bullet proof celica ass end and then a T series diff and maybe a T50 for my KE70

Oh and almost certainly the brake booster would not be a direct fit.

If you want to upgrade the master cylinder on your TA22, which is the important part of the equation there, 03-06 Camry two bolt one's are a bolt up fit and commonly used in brake upgrades for Celicas.

I don't know by looking at them. I would imagine the build tag on the shell will tel you.

A search found this thread that mentions RN41 I think.
